I got offer with immediate joining here they are terminated within 2 hours due to performance issue actually they are recruited for Postgresql DBA but after that they given task oracle Database so how to do that in oracle,  i'asked  them to give time to do Oracle task they are not given so how  to show my performance within 2 hours need at least one week to understand the environment Architecture ,no one cannot understand the Architecture of environment within 2 hours even having 20 years experience so don't believe alchemy offer that is just paper only, try to get good job Instead of getting alchemy offer ,  I sent lot of mail to NASSCOM Regarding for my issue but Nasscom didn't take any action against alchemy, alchemy is one of the members in Nasscom

unotech software review - Cheating IT company

Please don't join this company this is totally cheating company they will not give salary anyway I have  5 years of experience in Postgresql DBA I got offer with 10L package after one and half month I can't get any salary , whenever asking salary with HR he simply told me that   we will procees soon I got frustrated  then 4 month is reached I can't get any salary After  shouting with HR he accepted to give 20,000 only, my package is per month 75000 but they are given 20000 only
So I advised to you please don't join this company

Some very important financial tips that everyone should know
